Changes:

• Removed use of SafeFile in mssql.pl to fix MailWatch database cleanup
• Added support for CIDR’s in White/Blacklist in WHM and cPanel UI’s
• Disable In Only scanning option in UI
• Added improvements to ClamAV upgrade procedure to UI
